Our client is seeking a talented and professional CRNA. This permanent role is with a Regional Medical Center in Northwestern Mississippi. Procedures in General Surgery, C-Sections, Gynecology, Epidurals, and GI. Must possess an MSN degree, and is eligible to get licensed in the state of Mississippi.
Responsibilities of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists:
- General Surgery, Gynecology, C-Sections, Epidurals, GI, and some dental procedures in children. No cardiology/heart cases.
- Administer anesthesia during surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetric procedures
- Provide care before, during, and, after anesthesia
- Examining patients medical histories for allergies or illnesses to ensure safe provision of pain management
- Discuss any contraindications or side effects of anesthesia with patients
Requirements of the CRNA:
- Must do OB cases
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience
- Current or willing to obtain Mississippi (MS) CRNA license
- The current call is 1:4
- Team of 3 CRNAs and one Anesthesiologist MD
