Job Details:

• Provide anesthesia services at outpatient surgery center
• 
  
• Scheduled coverage dates: August 24-27, September 8-11, and September 21-25
• 
  
• Work schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 
  
• Full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position
• 
  
• Coverage needed due to employed CRNA on maternity leave and resignation
• 
  
• Must hold current Nebraska CRNA license
• 
  
• Board certification through NBCRNA required
• 
  
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• 
  
• Clean malpractice record highly preferred
• 
  
• Must be available at time of name clearance
• 
  
• Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of presentation
