Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
Job Details:
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures in a Level 1 trauma center
- Work under supervision managing adult patients and limited pediatric population
- Handle general surgery, deep sedation/MAC, and neurosurgical cases
- Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff including RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia technicians
- Provide preoperative assessments and patient education
- Administer anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
- Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare team
- Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with no on-call or weekend requirements
- Must have current NBCRNA certification and BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Not accepting new graduate candidates
