What We Need We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize the platform that powers our go-to-market engine. Salesforce is our CRM and the single source of truth for our sales organization, and Salesforce CPQ drives how we configure, price, and quote our SaaS and hardware offerings. This role is central to creating a seamless, user-friendly experience for our sellers and removing friction from our order-to-cash motion, so they spend less time working around the system and more time selling. As both a hands-on problem solver and a process innovator, you'll own CPQ and product configuration, price books, and approvals while also partnering with our admin team to move from reactive ticket work to a strategic roadmap, delivering focused sprints that realize value for the business.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and has a solid foundation in Salesforce administration and CPQ. You should be confident working independently, comfortable making recommendations to leadership, and motivated by continuously improving how our systems support a high-performing revenue team.
