The CRM Specialist supports the global rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Applied Medical. This role is focused on bridging business needs and CRM platform capabilities, helping teams across the organization use Dynamics 365 more effectively to improve the customer journey and support data-driven decisions. The CRM Specialist works alongside cross-functional partners in commercial, marketing, IT, and operations to support platform adoption, data quality, and reporting needs. This role is well-suited for professionals with a background in CRM support, business analysis, or Dynamics 365 administration who are looking to grow their impact within a global organization.
