CRM Segmentation Analyst

The client is looking for a CRM Segmentation Analyst to own audience delivery across direct mail, email, social, mobile app, and SMS using a customer data platform. This role builds and QAs every segment, flow, and output file before it ships, and creates the reports and dashboards the marketing team relies on to run the business.

Introduction
The client is looking for a CRM Segmentation Analyst to own audience delivery across direct mail, email, social, mobile app, and SMS using a customer data platform. This role builds and QAs every segment, flow, and output file before it ships, and creates the reports and dashboards the marketing team relies on to run the business.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering targeted audiences in a multi-channel marketing organization
• 4+ years with campaign orchestration technologies
• 4+ years with SQL or other reporting/query tools
• 4+ years building in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar visualization tool
• 4+ years using Jira or an equivalent project management tool
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Database Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of database marketing techniques: profiling, segmenting, extracting, and mining large transactional databases
• Experience with marketing channels including ESP, digital ads, push, SMS, and dialers
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, close attention to detail
• Comfort working on a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Simon CDP
• Experience supporting call center or dialer channels alongside digital channels
• Track record of dashboards that changed team workflows, not just reporting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and deliver audience segments across multiple marketing channels using a customer data platform (Simon CDP)
• Post campaign data files in various formats to a secure file platform for internal and external partners, and archive for historical reference
• QA-test segments, flows, and output files to confirm accuracy and performance before delivery
• Develop operational reports and dashboards supporting team performance goals and data issue research
• Build and maintain a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual campaign calendar
• Mine and analyze data to surface insights and process improvements
• Keep all campaign files compliant with State, Federal, and organizational data security requirements
