Position Description:

The CRM Project Manager supports the global rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms at Applied Medical. This role manages the coordination between business needs and CRM capabilities, helping teams across the organization use CRM tools more effectively to improve the customer journey and support data driven decisions. The CRM Specialist works alongside cross-functional partners in commercial, marketing, IT, and operations to drive project timelines, platform adoption, and reporting needs. This role is well suited for professionals with a background in CRM project management, business analysis, or technology adoption who are looking to grow their impact within a global organization. Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the design, localization, and testing phases of the global CRM rollout in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, IT, Business Information, Contracting, and Operations. 
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams to keep CRM initiatives on track and aligned with business priorities. 
  • Assess current business processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and recommend improvements within the CRM platform to enhance the customer journey. 
  • Develop user stories and training materials in coordination with education teams to support CRM adoption across global functions. 
  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward and maintain platform usability. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable intelligence to business stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions across the organization. 
  • Support data governance efforts in partnership with the IT team, helping maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 
  • Present insights, workflow findings, and platform recommendations to relevant stakeholders in support of continuous improvement efforts. 

 

Success in This Role Looks Like 

  • Supporting global adoption of CRM platforms by delivering clear training materials, timely communication, and consistent follow through with end users across functions. 
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables that keep CRM initiatives on schedule and aligned with business goals. 
  • Translating business needs into practical CRM workflow improvements that measurably enhance the customer journey and reduce process inefficiencies. 
  • Producing reports and dashboards that give stakeholders clear, actionable visibility into platform performance and customer data. 
  • Building reliable working relationships across a matrix environment to keep CRM initiatives moving forward and aligned with business priorities. 
  • Demonstrating a growth mindset by expanding platform knowledge, taking on new responsibilities, and contributing to the long term development of the CRM function at Applied Medical. 
Position Requirements:

This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes 

  • Two or more years of experience supporting CRM platforms, including project coordination, configuration, or end user support. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related field. 
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or matrix environment with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and support shared objectives. 
  • Strong project management orientation with the ability to connect CRM data and user experience metrics to business outcomes. 
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with organized rationale and practical next steps. 
  • Familiarity with data governance practices and data privacy requirements, including GDPR. 
Preferred:

The Following Skills and Attributes Are Preferred 

  • Experience within the life sciences, medical device, or healthcare industry. 
  • Familiarity with common CRM platforms and associated reporting or automation tools. 
  • Experience developing CRM training materials or supporting technology adoption initiatives. 
  • Exposure to AI driven automation capabilities within CRM platforms.
