Description of Duties:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Study
and understand the PTC’s current, plus desired, Microsoft CE application,
configurations, and technologies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate
changes and designs to the CBOS and UBOS, plus the PTC’s other technologies,
ensuring they meet PTC’s needs and follow standards and policies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Architect
and build a roadmap for delivery.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assign
work and manage and mentor a team of CRM and full stack developers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure
successful delivery for the CRM, portal, and web app as part of the UBOS
project.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Advise
PTC leadership on current trends in Microsoft CE applications and
functionalities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act
as a subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and reports with
stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Raise
concerns and potential issues to PTC leadership with sufficient detail for
decision -making.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Architect,
and Develop Microsoft CE customizations and configurations to meet PTC’s
functionality needs.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support
integrations with middleware, ERP systems, payment gateways, phone systems,
etc., which are part of the UBOS ecosystem.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act
as an expert for Data Migration to Microsoft CRM.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fully
document all created work associated with this position, including technical
and functional designs and diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis
reports, lessons learned, best practices for others to follow, plus any other
documentation as required by the PTC. This documentation shall follow the
format and / or templates as instructed by the PTC.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop
and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business
owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead
and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to
enterprise systems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work
independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Adhere
to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.<\/span><\/span>

Minimum Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>10 years of Microsoft CE application software systems
implementation experience.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>10 years of experience developing CRM applications using
.Net, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, Reporting Services.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>5 years as a Microsoft certified FastTrack solution architect
for business applications.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>2 years of experience leveraging Azure AI services and
Machine Learning for developing Microsoft D365 CE business applications.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Delivered 2 projects as a certified FastTrack project for
Business Applications.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Delivered 1 successful implementations leveraging AI
technologies <\/span><\/span><\/b>to enhance
customer service operations, including Development and implementation of
AI -driven chatbots and virtual assistants, Leveraging Copilot and Azure AI for
Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution deployment.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands -on
experience with Dynamics Contact Center solution deployment, including ability
to manage and optimize communication processes, improving efficiency and
customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conducted
training sessions on AI tools and Dynamics Contact Center features, ensuring
team members are proficient and up -to -date with the latest technologies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven
implementation experience in Data Migration to Microsoft CRM from other
non -COTs account management systems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven
implementation experience in developing integrations with ERP systems and data
repositories.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implemented
high -volume contact center applications, including CRM, Portal, and Mobile Apps
for customer service, Natural Language Interactive Voice Response (IVR),
ChatBOT functions enabled.<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong
understanding of Human Centered Design Approach for product development<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient
in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word,

in the Microsoft ADO Testing Module.<\/span><\/span>

application development as a lead developer and/or architect.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

proven technical experience in developing and deploying multiple cutting -edge
technology solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform and leveraging AI and
Machine Learning to build business applications to streamline customer
experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Integration experience in an event driven de -coupled
architecture, with SAP ERP for pricing, billing, and financial integrations,
with payment gateways for real -time payment processing including digital
wallets and peer -to -peer payment methods, with social media, Natural Language
IVR, ChatBOT, and contact center systems in an omnichannel environment.<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Engagement Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidate’s
location is preferred to be within the Continental United States.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>The
work location will be virtual/remote until further notice. When required to be
onsite, the work location will be at either PTC’s Central Administration
Building located at 700 South Eisenhower Boulevard in Middletown, PA, or PTC’s
Turnpike Industrial Park location located at 2850 Turnpike Industrial Drive,
Middletown, PA.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>The
resource shall attend onsite meetings at one of the PTC Middletown PA locations
for 1 week per calendar quarter based on the schedule set by the PTC.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>In -person
interviews or work sessions with stakeholders will be conducted at the PTC
facilities in Middletown, PA.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>The
resource may be required to provide onsite post go -live support activities at
one of the PTC Middletown PA locations. This includes one or more one -to -two -week
tours of duty onsite on a rotating basis with other team members. The post
go -live support period is planned for the six months beginning immediately
after the UBOS is “live” with active customers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>The
resource shall attend an orientation session onsite at one of the PTC’s
Middletown, PA offices. The resource shall be onsite for the full day of this
orientation where they will pick up any assigned PTC Equipment, by the
resource. Equipment will not be shipped and cannot be pick up by anyone other than
the selected resource. Travel costs associated with picking up this equipment
plus the orientation day will not be reimbursed.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>No
additional compensation for any travel required, if the resource is based
within a 3 -hour commuting distance. The rate is inclusive of any travel costs.<\/span><\/span>
