V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a CRM Integration Architect III for our premier client Madison, WI.
 
 
 
Education and Experience:
 

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration.
• Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms.

 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
 
 

• Salesforce platform architecture and development experience. (8+ years)
• Strong experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Integration Patterns, and Security Model. (8+ years)
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform, APIs, RAML, Data Weave, and integration orchestration. (8+ years)
• Experience integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud or customer engagement platforms. (8+ years)

 
Nice to Have Skills:
 

• Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of customer service operations and contact center modernization.
• Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
• Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data exchange strategies.
• Design and optimize AWS Connect contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
• Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and environment management.

 

• Knowledge of Agentforce architecture, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and enterprise integration standards.

 
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred.
• AWS connect and MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
