    Position: Senior Project Manager
    Project: Veeva Vault CRM Implementation/Migration
    Priority: High – ASAP Start
    Duration: 12 months, potential extension
    Location: Local preferred; US-based candidates considered with flexibility for on-site workshops and travel.

    Position Overview
    Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional workstreams supporting the migration from legacy Veeva CRM to Veeva Vault CRM (Commercial and Medical). This individual will drive project execution, timelines, stakeholder alignment, governance, and deliverables while coordinating with internal business/technology teams and external partners, including Cognizant and Veeva.

    Top Must-Have Qualifications
    Strong senior-level project/program management experience managing complex implementations.
    Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional business and technology teams without direct reporting authority.
    Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, project planning, and accountability skills.

    Preferred: CRM implementation experience, particularly Veeva/Veeva Vault; PMP certification. No specific project management software required.
    Experience Guidelines: Doctorate + 3 years, Master’s + 5 years, or Bachelor’s + 7 years. Preference for candidates who have led multiple comparable implementations.

    On-Site Expectations
    Local candidates preferred to minimize travel costs. Approximately 3–4 in-person workshops anticipated before year-end, with at least 4–5 additional visits expected next year. Willingness to travel and attend workshops is required.
