Description
Join our team as a CRM Consultant working remotely in a full-time capacity.
You will be responsible for implementing CRM solutions, gathering requirements, and supporting clients throughout the implementation process.
The role requires expertise in CRM platforms and client-facing consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client requirements for CRM solutions.
Design and configure CRM platforms to meet business needs.
Support clients through the entire implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in CRM implementation.
Hands-on experience with CRM configuration.
Strong skills in requirements gathering and solution design.
Experience in enterprise or mid-market CRM implementations.
Client-facing consulting experience from discovery to go-live.
