This hands-on role supervises asmall maintenance team and is responsible for equipment maintenance, facility infrastructure, and production support systems with a focus on reliability, safety, quality, and uptime. The Maintenance manager will manage contractors an vendors, drive CMMS utilization, establish preventative and predictive maintenance programs that support production growth and customer commitments.
