Health First Medical Group is seeking an Intensivist to join our collaborative critical care team in Florida. This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive care across multiple ICUs within a single hospital while playing an integral role in the development and expansion of our stroke program. The ideal candidate will have an interest in clinical leadership, physician education, and advancing multidisciplinary critical care services.
Provide critical care management across the Medical ICU (MICU), Surgical ICU (SICU), and Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
Manage a daily patient census of approximately 20-25 patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients
Coordinate care with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and other specialty services
Participate in clinical education, mentorship, and opportunities to teach trainees and colleagues
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and the continued advancement of critical care services
Full-time, employed Intensivist position with Health First Medical Group
7 days on / 7 days off schedule
Day shift, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Work alongside another experienced Intensivist
Clinical coverage across MICU, SICU, and CVICU

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
