- Experience: Minimum 5 years PICU experience
Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $3,334.50

What You’ll Do- Provide critical care support for pediatric patients aged 0-18 in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners during daytime coverage
- Manage 7-15 patient cases daily in PICU and pediatric wards
- Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans adhering to hospital protocols
- Support multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
- Support after-hours on-call duties, including morning rounds
What You NeedRequired:- AZ Medical License or IMLC License for Arizona
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Valid DEA license
- Certifications: BLS, PALS
- 5+ years PICU experience
Preferred:- Additional pediatric critical care certifications and experience
