What Youll Do:
- Provide specialized critical care support in the ICU for adult patients
- Collaborate with a team of four APPs and supervision from MDs during day and night shifts
- Respond to clinical needs, ensuring high-quality patient management without procedures
- Complete rounds with the attending physician and manage patient care tasks
- Respond clinically to patient needs during assigned shifts
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and documentation standards in Epic EMR
- Contribute to a team committed to clinical excellence and patient safety
What You Need:
Required:- Current Massachusetts license (or eligible for PAs; licenses typically take 35 weeks)
- Board Certification in Acute Care with ICU experience
- 2+ years in critical care settings
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications
Preferred:- Local candidates preferred due to no travel requirement
- Experience with adult ICU care in teaching hospital environments
