As a Crisis Center Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of crisis intervention services, ensuring individuals receive timely, effective, and compassionate care. You will provide leadership and support to crisis staff, monitor service delivery, facilitate program development, maintain compliance with applicable standards, coordinate community partnerships, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
