    Crisis Mobile Response Clinician - $2,000 Sign on Bonus

    Division/Program:

    Victorville: High Desert CMRT

    Starting Compensation:

    80,000 - 85,000 USD Per Year

    Working Location:

    Victorville, CA

    Working Hours/Shift:

    Multiple/Split Thursday - Saturday 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM; Sunday and Monday 11:30PM - 8:00 AM

    We are seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to join our team.

    Education:

    • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

    (Recently graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!)

    Licensure:

    • Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.

    • Valid California Driver's License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.

    • First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.

    Program: The Valley Star Crisis Mobile Response Team

    Population Served: Serving all age groups-children, adolescents, adults, and older adults

    Facility & Setting: Mobile | operates from 6 PM to 8 AM

    Clinical Services: offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
