Crisis Intervention Specialist II
Part-Time (30 hours weekly) - evenings and weekends, plus on- call shifts.
Keystone Health Crisis is seeking a compassionate and experienced Crisis Intervention Specialist II to join our team. This position plays a critical role in providing immediate support and intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises throughout Franklin and Fulton Counties.
The Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Program provides mental health and drug and alcohol crisis services through a 24-hour hotline, in-person assessments at the Crisis office, and face-to-face intervention in local hospital emergency departments. The Crisis Intervention Specialist II works collaboratively with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to assess needs, provide crisis intervention, and connect individuals with appropriate resources and services.
