Basic knowledge of various programs - Outlook, Word, Excel. Ability to understand and become familiar with programs used for court purposes - Common Pleas Case Management System (CPCMS), Laserfiche, OMS Prison System, Warrants Database, etc. Attend courtroom hearings. Accurately and efficiently complete electronic form Orders of Court utilizing CPCMS and Microsoft Word for Court Order wording. Ensure all electronically generated Orders of Court are serviced appropriately and in a timely manner. Accurately maintain docketing and calendaring functions within CPCMS. Change/add charges within cases in CPCMS as directed. Record case dispositions and sentencing within cases in CPCMS as directed. Update attorney of record in CPCMS as directed. Issue and withdraw bench warrants for defendants, witnesses and other participants for failure to appear, violations of probation/parole, etc. Revoke and forfeit or enter bail in CPCMS and ensure the bond is signed and serviced to the appropriate parties as needed. Electronically generate bail bonds for Prison Records. Process filings, both electronically and via email, by docketing in CPCMS and ensure appropriate service to all parties as ordered. Correspond with judge's administrative assistant and law clerk as needed. Swear-in jury members, witnesses, and interpreters. Obtain and be responsible for any evidence admitted during court, while further coordinating with the Sheriff's office as needed and COC Management to ensure appropriate transport and storage of evidence. Enter any evidence or exhibits into CPCMS and file it with the Judicial Services Unit for further processing. Announce the verdict of the jury as required, and poll jury when requested by the Judge. Generate various documents needed for further processing by other departments (fingerprint orders, prison commitment forms, etc.) Assist Judge, District Attorney, Defense Counsel and other parties in courtroom as needed and within the scope of the Clerk of Courts office. Provide Court Documents to the Sexual Offender Assessment Board and Pennsylvania State Police as directed. Create various cases, including but not limited to: Indirect Criminal Contempt's, Extraditions, and Forfeitures. Other reasonable duties may be assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements are representative of minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
