Are you a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Criminal Defense Attorney with a drive for justice? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to defend individuals' rights, navigate complex legal systems, and make a significant impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

As a Criminal Defense Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients in court and presenting evidence that supports their defense.
2. Conducting thorough case investigations to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the prosecution's narrative.
3. Negotiating plea deals with the prosecution, balancing the best interests of the client with the strength of the evidence against them.
4. Managing a caseload of clients, ensuring that each case receives the necessary attention and that all deadlines are met.
5. Drafting, filing, and reviewing various legal documents related to criminal defense cases.
6. Staying abreast of current laws, regulations, and legal precedents pertinent to criminal defense.
7. Advising clients on their rights, potential penalties, and the likely outcome of their case based on the evidence presented.
8. Litigating cases in court, presenting persuasive arguments that advocate for the client's innocence or reduced sentencing.
9. Building relationships with clients, earning their trust, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A valid license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal defense law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable plea deals for clients.
5. Strong case management abilities, including the capacity to handle a large caseload efficiently and effectively.
6. Proficiency in drafting, filing, and reviewing a variety of legal documents.
7. Extensive knowledge of criminal law, including current laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members.
9. A strong commitment to upholding justice, defending individuals' rights, and providing exceptional legal representation to every client.
