Starting pay is $75,000-$95,000 per year dependent upon experience. You will also receive a Company Vehicle and Quarterly Incentive Program.

The Crew Superintendent (Pressure Pipe) is responsible for the direct supervision and management of a crew of 5-6 employees in an assigned area. You’ll supervise the operation and maintenance of equipment and evaluate work areas to determine type of work required and materials to be used. This position will recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate production schedules with General Superintendent or Operations Manager and report/estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
- Coordinate with General Superintendent and/or Operations manager regarding tools and materials needed to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
- Coordinate with Equipment Manager to ensure all pieces of equipment are in working order and/or have proper time for repairs
- Facilitate internal project meetings with Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule
- Interpret and enforce company policies as applied to employees and enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Conduct weekly safety/toolbox meetings
- Interpret job order requirements and instruct Foreman on how to fulfill the job orders
- Promptly resolve any customer complaints
- Analyze and resolve work problems that arise on the crew
- Hold crew accountable for attendance, paperwork submission and professionalism
- Evaluate staffing needs and schedule work two weeks in advance, notifying crew employees of schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage crew performance and implement discipline as needed
- Meet or exceed as-bid gross margin on jobs
- Build bench strength on crew to cross-train and provide for succession planning
What We Need From You:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience working in the CIPP industry and/or in the pressure pipe industry is required
- Three years related industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Experience as a Foreman preferred
- Must have working knowledge of computer and web based programs
- Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
- Must possess a Class A CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
- Must be able to wear respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Must be able to travel throughout the United States and sometimes Canada, as much as 70% or more as needed, and work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
