Jersey Mike's Subs has been serving A Sub Above since 1956, starting in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Built on a foundation of community, quality, and people, Jersey Mike's is more than a sandwich shop-it's a place where team members grow personally and professionally while making a positive impact in the neighborhoods we serve.
We are currently hiring Crew Members to join our energetic, team-driven restaurants. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a job that's fun, rewarding, and flexible, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike's high quality and consistency standards
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with energy, personality, and care
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Multitask with urgency while maintaining accuracy
Keep the restaurant noticeably cleaner and more organized than others
Communicate clearly with teammates and guests
Participate in all required training and development programs
Take ownership, accountability, and pride in your work
What We're Looking For
A great attitude and willingness to learn (experience is a plus, not a requirement)
Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
Positive, outgoing personality-you enjoy talking with people
Dependable, reliable, and able to meet scheduling commitments
Desire to grow skills and improve yourself
Understanding that cleaning and organization are part of every food service role
Commitment to giving back and being part of a community-focused team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer
Food Handler / ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation
