Starting Rate and Benefits

Starting rate is 14.00 except for Florence and Mason Locations. They start at 15.00 but with electronic tips, you will earn 1.50 to 2.50 more an hour or more, making your hourly rate 15.50-17.50 or more an hour.

Secret Shop Bonus Program

AND Secret Shop Bonus program gives you the opportunity to win one to two weekly bonuses with your team. Pay-outs can be up to 50.00 for each shop or more, which is a potential of 100.00 additional earnings each week added to your pay.
