    Responsibilities: Consultant Care (75%) Support Associate-level Crew and Crew cohorts placed in assigned accounts, including: Conduct regular meetings (face-to-face/video/phone) with assigned consultants: prepare, deliver and follow up on meetings with each consultant; provide feedback Ad hoc Communication and Performance Management: Communicate with consultants to resolve client issues, answer questions, connect to additional resources, and obtain information as needed Annual and Mid-year Performance Reviews: Manage the end-to-end performance review process for each consultant, discerning when Associate consultants are ready for promotion General Advocacy: Represent consultants' best interests needs, and career progression on behalf of individual consultants and Crew program to ensure client issue resolution, assignment fit, and career opportunity for each consultant Maintain retention rate target for assigned consultants Account Engagement (15%) Partner with Client Engagement teams to provide 2-way feedback between the client manager and consultant Represent the Crew program in client meetings and any account coordinated events Collaborate with account team to plan and execute Crew components of account strategy Represent match advocacy: assist with making the match between client opportunities and consultant skillsets Program Support (10%) Training: Coordinate with Training Department for individual consultant and program level training needsSupport planning and delivery of New Associate Training Events: Attend and/or coordinate Turnberry events, monthly First Fridays, Lunch & Learns, and Crew consultant events Recruiting: Support Recruiting Team to deliver on overarching Crew program goals and vision, and support hiring processes as needed Partner with Functional Teams (Recruiting, Resource Management, Training) to ensure brand integrity, consistent candidate experience, proper bench management, and consistent consultant supportAssist in driving adoption of Crew program best practices; educate partners on Crew program changesQualifications: 1-3+ years of project delivery experience preferred 1-2+ years of demonstrated management or leadership experience A natural curiosity about people, clients, and projects as exhibited by great networking and communication skills Great follow-through and attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize on the fly Results-oriented with a desire and ability to quickly learn systems, procedures, and our company's culture Bachelor's degree in a field related to the responsibilities preferred Prior participation in Crew, Boom Lab, Crew212 or a similar junior talent program is preferred, but not required The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. You will work in partnership with Client Engagement teams, Crew Recruiters, the Resource Management team and HR to ensure effective delivery and to manage consultant issues. This role is responsible for the support of Associate-level Crew consultants and Crew cohorts on assigned accounts, ensuring consultant retention, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping consultants with career development planning. As a Crew Manager, you will support components of the full lifecycle of the Crew Associate consultant job experience. Support responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): attending career fairs, facilitating and participating in interviews, and working with the Client Engagement and Resource Management teams on match and placements.
