Crew Maintenance Technician - Responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep to ensure equipment and facilities remain safe, clean, and operational. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.


Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and facilities
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Complete assigned maintenance projects and work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with facility improvements and upkeep
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Previous maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
