Job Qualifications:

The position of Crew Leader is responsible for assisting in the management of assigned Baker’s Burgers personnel and facility operations. The Crew Leader is expected to make decisions while on duty, support the General Manager in daily operations, and help drive sales growth and profitability. This position is entrusted with protecting the Baker’s brand while providing industry-leading guest service and maintaining food safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention given to guests.
• Assist in leading daily restaurant operations and supporting team members during assigned shifts.
• Uphold and enforce Baker’s Burgers policies and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding unit performance, guest concerns, and team member concerns.
• Assist with labor management to meet productivity and staffing goals.
• Assist in maintaining a facility that meets all food safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to noise, including use of headset devices to interact with guests and team members.
