Foremen will be expected to communicate with customers and co -workers to ensure that job requirements and expectations are met. Our Team Members understand, agree to, and impleme nt Strathmeyer Landscape's Vision Statement and Core Values. Example Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, organize and manage work on job site. Operate and maintain landscape equipment to keep in good operating condition . Prepare all tools, equipment and materials needed for work day. Recognize problem areas in the field, and provide solution s/options . Follow all company policies & procedures, including safety guidelines/standards, and ensure compliance of the landscape crew . Monitor and ensure that Team Members are following safety regulations to minimize accidents. Responsible for reporting any accidents to the proper office personnel. Manage and maintain all Company specified paperwork effectively and timely - i.e. time sheets , incident reports, et c. Basic Qualifications: Ability to understand Company processes and procedures and customer expectations and directives. Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written. Ability to resolve customer issues timely and accurately. Ability to eva luate and solve problems in the field. Confident in abilities to interact with people of all types. Ability and willingness to work under seasonal work demands. 3-5 Years Experience in Maintenance, Landscape Construction or Planting Read and interpret plans and project specifications to ensure project is built accordingly. Field layout experience. Ability to operate all types of landscape equipment. Ability to pass DOT physical and driving test. Ability to pass Company mandatory drug and alcohol screening CDL not required but a plus. Spanish Language not required but a plus
