    Now Hiring: Crew Members & Shift Leaders
    Location: Auntie Anne’s – Tippecanoe Mall

    What We Offer:
    • Competitive Pay: $11.00 - $13.00/hour + tips (tips average an additional $2.00 - $3.00/hour)

    CREW MEMBER
    Crew members strive to deliver a high-quality customer experience by prepping, making, and serving all Auntie Anne's products in an efficient and friendly manner.
    • Key Responsibilities: Prep, bake, and serve pretzels; greet customers and accurately take orders; maintain a clean workspace and collaborate with the team.
    • Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and have open weekend availability.
     
    SHIFT LEADER
    Shift Leaders direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General and Assistant Managers to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
    • Key Responsibilities: Perform all crew duties; monitor employee breaks, scheduling, and overtime; assist with training new team members.
    • Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and have open weekend availability.
