Job Title :Creo Designer
Location: Wauwatosa, WI
Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $38 - $41/hr (all inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in Creo design, particularly in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and a deep understanding of the end-to-end product development cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in mechanical design, with a willingness to accept 4-8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Creo Tool Knowledge (Surfacing, GD&T, DFX, DFA, Automotive design experience).
• Hands-on experience with plastic, sheet metal, and casting components.
• Proven experience in designing sheet metals and plastic parts.
• Prior work experience in the automotive industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on design conceptual jobs.
• Knowledge of phases of the design process and development process for automotive components, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping, ECN, PPAP, and documenting results.
• Experience with automotive product design, sheet metal press tools, fixture and gauge design, reverse engineering, Stack-Up, VAVE.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Generate concept models using Creo-Part, Assembly, and Surfacing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle from concept to production.
