NOW HIRING – CREMATORY ASSISTANT
Full-Time or Part-Time | Hourly Position
Looking for a dependable person who wants more than just a job? We are seeking a
responsible, hardworking, and compassionate individual to join our team and assist with the daily operations of both our
Human Crematory and Pet Crematory.
This is a unique position that requires someone who is comfortable working in a professional environment, can handle physical work, and is able to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Computer skills are a MUST
- Dependable and responsible
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn our procedures and take pride in your work
- Must be comfortable working around human and pet cremation operations
SCHEDULE
Full-Time or Part-Time available - Set days during the week
- Every other weekend is required
- Hourly position
- Pay based on experience and qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Assisting with human crematory operations
- Assisting with pet crematory operations
- Proper handling and movement of remains
- Operating and maintaining crematory equipment
- Computer and recordkeeping responsibilities
- Preparing and organizing cremations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- General duties necessary for the operation of the crematory
