Credits and Collections Analyst

Pay Range: $15.00hr - $20.00hr

Job Overview:

The manager is seeking a candidate for an entry-level position, such as a Graduate, who can commit to three years of service. The successful candidate will have experience with government contracts, purchase orders, data analysis, reconciliation, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role requires an independent problem solver and self-starter. Experience with SAP, ERP, or Oracle is a plus. In this role, the candidate provides critical operational support to the Customer Financial Services team by managing data entry activities, portal administration, invoice processing, credit card transactions, reporting, and customer support functions. This role serves as a centralized resource to ensure accurate transaction processing, timely account updates, and efficient workflow management across multiple ERP systems and customer portals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively review and upload billings to respective customer portals.
• Serve as the point of contact for credit card processing.
• Provide exceptional customer support, responding to account queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively escalate issues to internal support partners and senior management as appropriate.
• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to the manager as appropriate.

• Direct experience with SAP.
