Our Sarasota, FL team is growing, and we’re looking for a Credit Risk Support Analyst who thrives on turning data, conversations, and process into reliable credit outcomes. This onsite, temp-to-hire role is your chance to build expertise across credit intake, evaluation, and reporting while partnering closely with a collaborative department.
Your Impact
- Own key steps in the application journey—intake, credit checking, and data validation.
- Maintain organized, accurate records of transactions and customer communications.
- Contribute to risk assessments with the team, weighing creditworthiness and exposure.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries about credit policies across internal groups and with customers.
- Deliver clear summaries and reports that inform decisions and highlight trends.
- Support continuous improvement through administrative assistance and special initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or similar field preferred.
- Prior exposure to credit or finance environments is advantageous.
- Analytical rigor and an eye for detail.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfort operating independently while contributing to a high-energy team.
