Credit Quality Analyst

Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $28–$30/hr
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Potential for extension or hire based on performance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Quality Analyst to support loan booking and closing activities within the Syndicated & Corporate Lending Credit Fulfillment Team. This role involves working with credit agreements, loan documentation, and the Loan IQ system of record.

Responsibilities

  • Review credit agreements to determine pricing, contract terms, requirements, and other relevant details.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in Loan IQ (LIQ), the system of record.
  • Work closely with deal teams to collect required documents, answer questions, and obtain confirmation on requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and requirements for the engagement process.
  • Occasionally interact with an Agent Bank, though not directly with clients.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • LIQ / Loan IQ experience
  • Proficiency in Loan IQ software or similar loan management systems
  • Degree or relevant experience in Banking and/or Finance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review loan documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve documentation discrepancies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with underwriters, legal teams, and other internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation within corporate lending
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial statements, credit reports, financial data, and other documents
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving lending regulations
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
