Credit Quality Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Quality Analyst to support the Global Market Loan Operations team in the administration and servicing of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit Loan Trading Desk. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, operational risk, and client service.

Location: Charlotte, NC – 150 N College St., Charlotte, NC 28255
Pay Rate: $30.23/hour on W2
Contract: 6 months, through April 30, 2027
Target Start Date: ASAP – within 2 weeks of acceptance
Schedule: Onsite during training; transition to a hybrid schedule after training with a minimum of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Quality Analyst to support the Global Market Loan Operations team in the administration and servicing of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit Loan Trading Desk.

In this role, you will support secondary loan trade settlements, loan servicing activities, client inquiries, and various operational processes for corporate investor clients. You will work closely with internal business teams, administrative agents, and external clients to ensure transactions and servicing requests are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the settlement and servicing of secondary loan trades.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processing across multiple operational platforms.
• Investigate and resolve loan servicing and trade settlement exceptions.
• Review credit and loan documentation to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Partner with internal teams, administrative agents, and external clients to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor transactions and processes to help ensure accuracy and adherence to operational controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Escalate risks, issues, and control concerns appropriately.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Provide responsive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in loan operations, loan servicing, trade settlement, syndicated loans, credit operations, or financial services operations is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and controls.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
