Title: Credit Management / Loan Administration Officer (Mandarin Required)

Office Status: Onsite New York City

Base Salary: $60, 000 $75, 000 + Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

Global international bank seeking a Mandarin-speaking Credit Management Officer to support the broader credit and loan operations function within the corporate banking platform. This position is heavily focused on credit administration, portfolio monitoring, reporting, and internal systems management rather than front-end underwriting or credit approval work.

The team is looking for someone detail-oriented and operationally strong who can work cross-functionally with credit, risk, and technology teams while helping maintain the integrity of internal loan management processes and reporting infrastructure. Strong exposure to portfolio management operations, regulatory reporting support, and credit systems oversight makes this an excellent opportunity for candidates coming from loan administration, credit operations, or portfolio support backgrounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and maintain recurring portfolio and management reports for senior leadership and global stakeholders
  • Support ongoing credit portfolio monitoring activities and internal tracking processes
  • Manage and maintain credit documentation and records across both electronic and physical filing systems
  • Administer internal credit management platforms and respond to user requests, access issues, and system inquiries
  • Assist with testing and troubleshooting during system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Risk teams on reserve and allowance-related reporting processes, including data uploads and scenario support
  • Conduct vendor review support and assist with due diligence research projects for the Credit function
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Credit Officers and department leadership
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and timely completion of deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments related to credit operations and portfolio administration
