An established organization is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts and support accounts receivable activities.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue balances
- Investigate and resolve payment issues
- Review and process credit applications
- Maintain accurate collection records
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns
- Assist with reporting and account analysis
Qualifications:
- Collections, credit, or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
