Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all collection activities across the organization
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of three collections professionals
- Handle escalated collection matters and key customer accounts
- Build strong client relationships to improve payment performance
- Drive timely collections efforts and reduce aging receivables
- Analyze collection metrics and identify process improvements
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support business objectives
- Serve as the organization's primary Credit & Collections leader
Qualifications
- Prior experience leading a Credit & Collections team
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections best practices
- Experience managing complex customer accounts and escalated issues
- Demonstrated success improving collections performance and reducing aging
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Experience utilizing ERP systems and technology-driven processes is a plus
