    Highlights

This is a strong fit for someone who is part relationship manager, part analyst: comfortable being the borrower’s main point of contact, organized enough to run a diligence process end to end, and curious enough to dig into the numbers and documents behind a credit decision. That means building rapport with borrowers, gathering what we need, and shepherding each deal through underwriting and diligence while supporting the credit team’s analysis.

    The Team

Our team draws experience from Coreweave, DRW, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Circle, and other leading tech and financial institutions. We are Series A-funded by Coinbase Ventures, PayPal, Framework, Dragonfly, and others. We’ve built financial products facilitating hundreds of millions in transaction volume across diverse asset types. We have no middle managers and move quickly from idea to execution. We value integrity, high-agency and the ability to operate in ambiguity above all else.

    The Role

The Credit Analyst sits at the front door of USD.AI’s lending business. You will be the person guiding AI infrastructure and compute operators seeking GPU-backed financing through the journey from first conversation to funded loan. That means building rapport with borrowers, gathering what we need, and shepherding each deal through underwriting and diligence while supporting the credit team’s analysis.
This is a strong fit for someone who is part relationship manager, part analyst: comfortable being the borrower’s main point of contact, organized enough to run a diligence process end to end, and curious enough to dig into the numbers and documents behind a credit decision.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the borrower relationship. Be a primary point of contact from first touch through funding for a segment of borrowers — build trust, keep borrowers informed, and keep deals moving.
    • Shepherd deals through diligence. Request and organize documents, chase down missing information, and manage timelines so nothing stalls.
    • Support underwriting. Conduct deep credit analysis, model expected financials, help assemble diligence materials, populate the underwriting scorecard, and flag risks or gaps for the credit team.
    • Coordinate the deal. Work across internal teams (credit, legal, compliance, finance) and external parties to move deals to close.
    • Draft deal materials. Prepare investment proposal memos, teasers, term sheet summaries and internal deal updates that are clear, accurate and quick to review.
    • Keep records clean. Maintain deal records, pipeline, and documentation that are current, organized, and audit-ready.
    • Report on the pipeline. Produce regular pipeline and conversion metrics for leadership, such as deal stage, time to close, win and loss reasons, and volume forecasts.
    • Improve the process. Help refine and strengthen the origination and diligence workflow as we scale origination volume.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in originations, credit, lending, deal or transaction support, investment banking, or a similar client-facing finance role.
    • Strong organizational and project-management instincts — you can run multiple deals and diligence processes at once without dropping threads.
    • Comfort working with financial documents and data; you can read a data room and know what matters.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, and a professional, trustworthy presence with external counterparties.
    • High agency and comfort operating in ambiguity — you take ownership and figure things out.
    • Based in NYC.

    Nice to Have

    • Exposure to private credit, structured credit, asset-based lending, or underwriting and diligence processes.
    • Interest in AI infrastructure, GPU compute, or data centers.
    • A track record of improving or building operational processes.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive base salary ($100,000 - $125,000) commensurate with experience.
    • Long-term equity incentive package.
    • Unlimited PTO.
    • Health & wellness reimbursements.
