Our client is a well-run community bank with a strong credit culture. It's looking for a Credit Analyst to support its lending team and grow into a lending or credit leadership role.

 

What you'll do:

- Analyze business and personal financial statements, tax returns and cash flow.

- Spread financials, calculate ratios and global cash flow, and write clear credit memos with risk ratings

- Partner with loan officers on structuring, collateral and covenants

- Monitor the portfolio: annual reviews, covenant compliance and loan file documentation

- Support exam and loan review preparation

 

What you bring:

- 1 to 3+ years of credit analysis, underwriting or lending support at a bank, credit union or Farm Credit (strong entry-level candidates considered)

- Solid accounting and financial analysis skills; comfortable with spreading software and Excel

- Clear writing and attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, ag business or related field; formal credit training a plus
