    Join Carson's Credit & Collections Team

    Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration? Carson is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Credit Analyst II (Collections). In this role, you'll be the bridge between our internal sales teams and external B2B & B2C customers helping to manage credit exposure, resolve payment issues, and lower DSO within assigned portfolio.

    What You'll Do

    • Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers.
    • Daily collections on assigned portfolio.
    • Utilize ticketing system to review and release orders on credit holds within set timelines.
    • Answer incoming department & direct line calls.
    • Investigate and resolve payment disputes and monitor slowing trends.
    • Assess credit exposure and recommend credit limit needs to Underwriting team for evaluation, and approval.
    • Negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts within policy guidelines.
    • Meet monthly objectives across portfolio.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Support team operations with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
    • Quarterly on-call phone rotation

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in credit and collections.
    • Solid understanding of credit principles and collection strategies.
    • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
    • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship-building.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • NACM designation highly desired but not required.
    • Ability to pass background checks, drug screen (including marijuana).

    Work Style & Environment

    • Hybrid work model: remote flexibility + in-office collaboration.
    • Comfortable with data entry and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
    • Training provided in-office to set you up for success.
