Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 annually [$21.63 per hour- $33.65 per hour]
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Additional Compensation: Employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may include performance-based salary increases. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Banking Credit Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in our banking institution by analyzing credit data and financial information of our clients to determine the risk involved in lending money. You will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of our clients and making recommendations to the credit committee. Your work will directly impact the success of our lending operations and the overall financial health of our institution. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
