We are currently looking for a Jr. Credit Analyst or Credit Analyst I to join our Commercial Real Estate Credit Administration team. (Level of Jr. or I will depend on candidate's education and experience.)

Job Summary

The Credit Analyst supports the Credit Administration team by assisting with administrative tasks, spreading financials, reviewing third‑party reports, and helping underwrite the bank's simpler loan products. This is an entry‑level, developmental role designed to build core credit skills with strong guidance and support from senior analysts and management.

What you can expect to work on

• Administration/Reporting

• Prepare and order appraisals for all the loan products and monitor completion.

• Responsible for uploading and managing financial statement ticklers.

• Analysis/Due Diligence

• Review borrower financials, spread and complete analysis within Sageworks.

• Review appraisals and analyze real estate performance.

• Assist in completing market, borrower, and portfolio analysis as needed.

• Underwriting/Loan Reviews

• Responsible for underwriting the IRA product and less complex residential construction loans and less complex CRE transactions that areunder $2mm in loan size and less than $10mm LTOB with senior analyst and management support.

• Assists as needed with the analysis of more complex CRE and residential LL&D transactions

• Assists senior analysts with completing annual reviews and other relationship level analysis.

• Customer Service

• Address inquiries or issues within a timely manner.

What you offer us

• Bachelor's degree or other formal education preferred (with a focus on business, finance, risk management, or other similar area)
• One to three years' experience in commercial real estate underwriting, commercial loan underwriting, construction administration or other relatedexperience is preferred.
• Some knowledge of commercial real estate lending, regulations and compliance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and provide excellent internal customer service
• Credit and background checks will be required.
