Credit Analyst

A community bank in Broomfield is hiring a Credit Analyst to support its lending team. You'll build relationships with loan officers and have a clear path toward a lending or credit career. Expect a mix of commercial, commercial real estate, and small business requests, with plenty of exposure to how lending decisions are made.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and risk-rate commercial and commercial real estate credit lines
• Spread financials and prepare credit memos
• Help train junior staff
• Assist with month-end and regulatory reporting
• Support loan review and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1+ years as a bank credit analyst preferred
• Strong analytical, Excel, and writing skills
• Detail-oriented and good with deadlines
• Interest in growing into a lending or senior credit role down the road
