We're partnering to hire a detail-oriented credentialing professional who thrives in a fast-paced Medical Staff Office and understands the importance of provider compliance and patient safety.

Position Details

• Location: St. Helena, CA

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8s)

• Setting: Hospital Medical Staff Office

• Work Type: 100% Onsite

What You'll Do

• Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing

• Perform Primary Source Verification (PSV)

• Process physician privileging applications

• Maintain accurate and audit-ready credential files

• Support provider onboarding, system access, and orientation

• Ensure compliance with hospital bylaws and regulatory standards

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of hospital Medical Staff or Credentialing experience

Active CPCS or CPMSM certification (Required)

Experience with provider credentialing, privileging, and reappointments

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
