We are seeking a Credentialing Vendor Management Specialist to support vendor relationships, provider workflows, reporting, compliance activities, and operational projects. This position will coordinate with external vendors and internal teams, track deliverables and issues, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for credentialing vendors and external partners.
• Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate provider-related workflows, onboarding activities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate provider and operational data across systems.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, documentation tracking, and corrective action follow-up.
• Compile, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and materials for leadership.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Partner with operations, analytics, compliance, and other stakeholders on projects and process improvements.
• Assist with special projects and other operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, account management, credentialing, provider services, or a related field.
• Experience working with vendors, clients, external partners, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Credentialing, provider onboarding, healthcare compliance, or regulatory experience is a plus but not required.

Work Details

• Temporary: Approximately 4 months with potential for extension
• Location: Fully Remote
• Schedule: Eastern Time business hours preferred
