Pay Range: $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support within a medical office environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with credentialing standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for documentation and communication.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, a medical office, credentialing, or a related healthcare operations role.
- Previous experience with education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and organizational skills
