Key Responsibilities:

Oversight & Quality Control

• Oversee a high-volume provider enrollment operation, reviewing around 50–60 new enrollment requests daily
• Provide quality control and oversight for work completed by an offshore execution team
• Review applications and immediately assess status and next steps

Process & Tools

• Work within internal tools (ClickUp, statuses, tags) to track and manage enrollment progress

Qualifications

• 2+ years of credentialing experience required, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances like BCBS
• Managerial experience not required
