We are seeking a CREDENTIALED Behavioral Therapist to join our team at B2B Behavioral Health! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities 

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Must be fully credentialed with major insurance providers (e.g., AHCCCS, BCBS, United, Aetna, etc.)
