    Internship Duration and Schedule

    This internship will run from September 2026 through December 2026, offering a hands-on learning experience. We offer a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 15-20 hours per week, allowing you to balance academic and personal commitments.

    The Opportunity

    Ready to turn your creative ideas into real-world marketing campaigns? As our Creative Video Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience creating engaging content that showcases innovative products, educational programs, and exciting brand initiatives.

    In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects including video editing, photo editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and the creation of customer-facing materials such as presentations, infographics, activity guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources. You'll collaborate with teams across the organization, build valuable portfolio pieces, and see your work make a direct impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, creative student who enjoys bringing ideas to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Photographs, captures, and edits photo and video content for use in product marketing, curriculum, and digital media materials
    • Edit and enhance photo and video content for use across websites, social media, email campaigns, product marketing, and educational materials.
    • Collaborates with designers and technical writers to create demo videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content
    • Performs layout and design of product posters, flashcards, PowerPoint presentations, and other instructional materials
    • Assists in creating and editing video, photo, motion graphic, and digital content for marketing, product, and curriculum-related projects
    • Supports digital content creation for campaigns, websites, social media, and email communications
    • Organizes and maintains creative files, project assets, photography, video footage, and related marketing materials
    • Works within established brand standards to ensure consistency across visual and multimedia content
    • Communicates project status, timelines, and priorities with team members and stakeholders
    • Accepts feedback and incorporates revisions into video, photo, and multimedia projects
    • Performs other additional duties as assigned or required

    What We're Looking For

    • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in marketing, graphic design, multimedia design, video production or a related field; or equivalent experience
    • Photography, videography, or video editing skills or knowledge

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or related creative software
    • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Work Location

    • Realityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a hybrid position, splitting time between working from a home office and working onsite at the corporate office at least one day per week or as needed
