    General Position Summary

    The Creative Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day creative production, artwork management, and customization needs of the business. This role serves as a key resource for managing digital assets, preparing and creating artwork, supporting customization systems, and executing production processes across Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and embroidery.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working across both digital creative and hands-on production environments. This position works closely with internal teams, partnerships, and other stakeholders to ensure creative assets are accurate, organized, production-ready, and delivered on time.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Digitizing & Artwork Production

    • Digitize artwork for embroidery and other production applications.

    • Create, modify, resize, and prepare creative artwork for various platforms and production needs.

    • Ensure artwork meets technical specifications and quality standards.

    • Prepare production-ready files while maintaining brand and partnership guidelines.

    • Lids Retail Customization Systems

    • Manage and maintain Lids' back-end customization systems supporting retail customization programs.

    • Upload, organize, update, and maintain artwork and design assets within customization platforms.

    • Ensure products, artwork, and customization options are accurate and available for retail use.

    • Troubleshoot creative and asset-related issues within the customization process.

    • Partnership Assets & Artwork Management

    • Manage creative assets and artwork associated with partnership programs.

    • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date libraries of partnership artwork.

    • Ensure assets follow applicable brand, licensing, and partnership guidelines.

    • Coordinate asset updates and revisions as needed.

    • CustomLids.com Creative Asset Management

    • Manage and maintain design assets used on CustomLids.com.

    • Organize, upload, update, and archive digital creative assets.

    • Ensure designs are properly formatted and optimized for the customization experience.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to support new designs, products, and customization initiatives.

    • Digital Creative & Internal Communications

    • Create screensavers and other digital creative assets for company PCs and internal communications.

    • Develop artwork and graphics for various business needs while maintaining brand consistency.

    • Support ad hoc creative requests and projects as needed.

    • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Production

    • Support and execute DTG production processes.

    • Prepare artwork and files for DTG printing.

    • Ensure proper file setup, color, placement, and production specifications.

    • Monitor output and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

    • Embroidery Production

    • Support and execute embroidery production processes from digitization through final production.

    • Prepare and test embroidery files to ensure proper stitch quality, placement, and production results.

    • Identify and resolve production issues related to artwork, digitization, and embroidery execution.

    • Maintain quality and consistency across embroidery projects.

    Job Required Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience with graphic design, digital artwork, creative production, or a related field.
    • Experience with embroidery digitizing and/or apparel decoration is strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge of DTG printing and embroidery production processes.
    • Strong understanding of digital artwork preparation and file management.
    • Experience managing large volumes of creative assets and maintaining organized digital libraries.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with creative, retail, partnership, technology, and production teams.
    • Proficiency with relevant graphic design and production software.
    • Ability to learn and manage proprietary customization platforms and systems.

    Work Environment

    • Onsite office work environment.
